Thank you for shopping with Ruby Matthews! Every bowl is handmade to order, so please allow 5 business days for us to craft and dispatch your order.
Shipping We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. Shipping is free on all orders — no minimum spend required.
Delivery Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Metro areas: 2–5 business days
- Regional areas: 5–10 business days
Please note these are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary during peak periods (e.g. Christmas, public holidays).
Tracking You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can track your parcel at auspost.com.au.
Personalised Orders As all of our bowls are made to order and personalised, we're unable to make changes to your order once it has been placed. Please double-check your dog's name and colour selections before completing your purchase.
Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us via the contact form on our website, or reply to your order email, within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll do our best to make it right. We insure our parcels up to the value of $100 with Australia Post and will happily provide instructions on how you may apply for compensation from Australia Post.
